These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Digital Flair & Design website, online store, Order Hub, and any services or products provided by Digital Flair & Design (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

 

1. Use of Our Website & Services
You agree to use our website and Services for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

Interfere with the security or functionality of the website

Upload harmful or illegal content

Attempt unauthorized access

Use our content, designs, or photos without permission

All content on this website, including product photos, mockups, design files, and branding, belongs to Digital Flair & Design.

 

2. Ordering & Payment

When placing an order:

All information provided must be accurate

Payment must be made in full before production

Made-to-order production begins after payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders as needed.

 

3. Custom Artwork & File Uploads

By submitting artwork, graphics, or text, you confirm that:

You own the rights or have permission to use it

It does not infringe on trademarks or copyright

It does not violate laws or harm others

We may decline artwork that violates copyright, promotes hate, or conflicts with our brand.

 

4. Our Right to Share Completed Work (Marketing Use)

Unless you request otherwise before production begins, you grant Digital Flair & Design permission to:

Photograph or video your completed apparel

Share the finished product on our social media platforms

Display it on our website or online store

Use it in marketing materials, mockups, or portfolio examples

We will never share personal information (such as addresses, order details, private messages, or personal logos that identify minors) unless you have explicitly allowed it.

If your project requires confidentiality, simply notify us before production and we will not use it in any marketing or public format.

 

5. Processing Times

Most items are printed in-house and made-to-order:

Standard production: 3–10 business days

Bulk/team orders may require additional time

Rush options may be available upon request

We will communicate if delays occur.

 

6. Shipping, Local Pickup & Delivery

We offer:

Local pickup in Ripley, Ontario

Weekly delivery into Kincardine & Walkerton

Shipping across Canada (when applicable)

Once an order is shipped or delivered:

We are not responsible for carrier delays

We are not liable for lost or damaged packages

Reshipping fees apply if the address provided was incorrect

 

7. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because our items are made-to-order:

 We do not accept returns or exchanges

unless the product is damaged or we made an error.

To request a correction:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

Provide your order number and photo evidence

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

 

8. Colour Accuracy & Mockups

Colours may vary due to:

Screen brightness

Fabric material

Printing method

Lighting

Mockups are visual representations and may not match the printed product exactly.

 

9. Product Availability

We may modify or discontinue products at any time, including:

Colours

Styles

Seasonal items

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

10. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions and discount codes:

May change or end without notice

Cannot be combined unless stated

Apply only to eligible products

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Digital Flair & Design is not responsible for:

Lost or delayed shipments

Incorrect information provided by customers

Allergic reactions to fabrics or materials

Website outages or technical issues

Third-party service errors

Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order.

 

12. Privacy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
