Do you offer delivery?
We offer weekly delivery into Kincardine and Walkerton, depending on our schedule and order volume.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or we made an error.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll take care of it.
TURNAROUND TIME
How long will my order take?
Our standard turnaround time is about two weeks from the date payment is received.

Do turnaround times change during the holidays?
Yes — during the busy season (November through January), production may take longer due to increased order volume.
We recommend ordering early for holiday deadlines.

How durable is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints are extremely durable and long-lasting. With proper care:
